BESTOLIFE® Copper Rock是一种无铅、无锌的螺纹化合物，专为凿岩机钢制接头、联轴器和钻头而设计。它具有卓越的抗咬合和抗卡死性能，并能为严苛的钻井应用提供表面活性极压保护。
为应对环境限制以及铅锌化合物带来的暴露风险，Copper Rock 润滑脂采用高比例铜片与专有的非晶态和合成石墨混合物，并以优质高温基础润滑脂为基底。其极压配方可牢固粘附于金属表面，增强高承载应力下的承载能力，尤其适用于旋转肩式和冲击式凿岩连接。

Lead-Free Thread Compound for Rock Drill Steel Joints, Couplings, and Bits
BESTOLIFE® Copper Rock is a lead-free, zinc-free thread compound formulated for rock drill steel joints, couplings, and bits. Engineered to provide superior galling and seizing resistance, it also delivers surface-active extreme pressure protection for demanding drilling applications.
Developed in response to environmental restrictions and exposure concerns associated with lead and zinc-based compounds, Copper Rock features a high percentage of copper flake blended with a proprietary mix of amorphous and synthetic graphite in a premium high-temperature base grease. Its extreme pressure package adheres to metal surfaces, enhancing load-carrying capability under high bearing stresses—especially in rotary-shouldered and percussion rock drilling connections.
