BESTOLIFE® HONEY KOTE™ is a copper-based thread compound formulated for rotary-shouldered connections, offering exceptional performance in both running and storage applications. Designed for high-temperature environments, it provides superior protection for drill collars and drill pipe through its extreme pressure and water-resistant grease formulation.
This compound resists washout and corrosion, ensuring long-term protection for threaded surfaces in a variety of conditions. It meets the demands of harsh drilling environments and is NSF H2 registered. HONEY KOTE™ has passed the ASTM B117 salt spray test with 2,500 hours of corrosion resistance. Available in all pail sizes.
