ZAROX LYC 352 is also compatible with all widely used elastomers, seals, gaskets, plastics and metals. ZAROX H-série VAC lubricants are recommended for applications requiring the highest quality vacuum such as in scanning electron and transmission microscopes, mass spectrometers, particle accelerators, ion implantation, plasma and vapor deposition processes.
