QUINTOLUBRIC 888-68 was developed for use in oil hydraulic systems and meets the requirements placed on flame-retardant HFD-U hydraulic fluids

QUINTOLUBRIC 888-68 is based on synthetic organic esters and contains optimized additives. It does not contain water, phosphate esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons. In contrast to mineral oil, QUINTOLUBRIC 888-68 is characterized by a very high level of low flammability. As an alternative to mineral oil, QUINTOLUBRIC 888-68 can be used in ecologically sensitive areas, as the product has a low water hazard class and is very readily biodegradable.
QUINTOLUBRIC 888-68 ensures long fluid life and can be used in systems operating under intense loads in combination with low fluid refreshment.Use:
QUINTOLUBRIC 888-68 is supplied ready to use. Pre-filtration can be omitted since the liquid is already cleaned during production. Due to the higher viscosity index and lower pour point, QUINTOLUBRIC 888-68 is suitable for use in a wide temperature range. It has good cold start properties and offers better viscosity at higher temperatures. To prolong fluid life, we recommend the following maximum operating temperatures for QUINTOLUBRIC 888-68
- In the container max. 55°C
- In the system max. 70°C
